The Little Miss NC USA STEAM Consulting Group, INC and pageant was founded by the former "Miss Black Charlotte" 2010 Ebony Lucas who is also the current Ms. NC Central 2025 and Elite Woman Ms. NC. Whether it is giving a crown, or receiving a crown, Ms. Lucas is excited to uplift and empower young girls and the youth.

The Little Miss NC USA STEAM Pageant/Ambassador Program is a youth empowerment program and scholarship competition, designed to inspire, educate, and uplift girls ages 5–18 across the state of North Carolina. Unlike traditional pageants, our program blends the elegance of pageantry with the innovation of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics), creating a dynamic platform that celebrates both inner and outer brilliance, while building not only their character, but their mental health, and self-esteem. 

Our goal is to shape the next generation of confident, community-conscious leaders by focusing on three pillars:

• Academic Enrichment through STEAM-focused workshops and activities.
  
  
• Wellness & Mental Health through affirmations, emotional wellness exercises, and community conversations.
  
• Community Engagement through service projects, health education, and local partnerships.
• Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to ensuring that no girl is left behind, offering scholarship opportunities, pageant coaching, and engaging STEAM workshops to help girls and their families reach their full potential.
