As an extension of the Little Miss North Carolina USA STEM brand, our consulting group merges leadership, pageantry, and innovation to cultivate the next generation of confident, tech-savvy changemakers.

We specialize in designing culturally responsive STEM programs, workshops, and strategic partnerships that promote educational equity and career readiness especially, for underrepresented groups in North Carolina and beyond. From hands-on robotics to digital literacy and environmental science, we provide immersive learning experiences that inspire curiosity and unlock potential.

In addition to youth programming, we work closely with parents and caregivers by providing tools, training, and resources that help them support their children’s academic success and emotional well-being in and out of a classroom setting.
